What to include
- The email address used for your Captain Frugal account.
- Your platform: iOS or Android.
- Your app version and device model if the issue is technical.
- A short description of what happened and what you expected.
- For receipt or transaction issues, avoid sending sensitive financial details unless support specifically asks for them.
Account deletion
If you can sign in, the fastest deletion path is inside the app: Settings, Danger Zone, Delete account. If you cannot access your account, email support from the address associated with your account and request deletion.
Beta signup withdrawal
If you were invited to test Captain Frugal, use the beta request page to send your platform, tester email, and device. If you asked to join the beta and no longer want to be contacted, email support from the signup address and ask to withdraw your beta request.
